The purpose of this EEO Public File Report (“Report”) is to comply with Section 73.2080(c)(6) of the FCC's EEO Rules. This Report has been prepared on behalf of the Station Employment Unit that is comprised of the following stations:

The information contained in this Report covers the Period from December 1st, 2014 to, and including, November 30th, 2015 (the “Applicable Period”). Double Z Broadcasting, Inc. had no full-time vacancies during the period. As indicated below, Double Z Broadcasting, Inc. has developed a list of recruitment sources available for use upon the opening of a job position at the station in order to widely disseminate information regarding job openings to the community. No party or organization requested notification of job openings pursuant to Section 73.2080(c)(1)(ii) of 47 C.F.R.
In addition, during of the Applicable Period, Double Z Broadcasting, Inc. has engaged in the following non-vacancy specific activities:
1 . Participation in Events Sponsored by Educational Institutions Relating to Careers in Broadcasting
On August 17th and 18th, 2015, Double Z Broadcasting hosted several groups of area teachers from the Northeast Education Services Cooperative. The goal of the sessions was to give area high school teachers firsthand knowledge of various careers, such as in broadcasting, marketing, sales and office careers available.
On September 17th, 2015, and November 19th, 2015Sale Representative Erin Light mentored two students from the Lake Region State College Marketing Class for Media Sales.
2 .Participation in Career Fairs Sponsored by Community Organizations or Educational Institutions
On April 15th, 2015, Double Z Broadcasting’s staff participated in the Health, Technology and Trades Career Fair, sponsored by the Devils Lake High School at the Burdick Arena in Devils Lake. We set up a working radio studio, and let the participating students run a show, to show them how a radio broadcasting station operates, and made several presentations throughout the day.
On April 14th, 2015, six students from the Leeds High School Speech Class, from Leeds, ND, participated in a job shadowing event at the Double Z Broadcasting Studios.
On November 17th, 2015, the 4th Corporation of Devils Lake brought in one of their Students who had an interest in broadcasting, for a day of job shadowing.
